Burd's Basic Fitness has many well rounded fitness training programs. Our classes can be custom tailored by us or self chosen to your liking.

    We run a traveling swim school, which teaches lessons at your home, house, condo complex or local swimming pool. With 25+ years experience and WSI-Red Cross Certified you will get the best swimming instructors available. No challenge is too big. We specialize in group and private lessons for babies, tots and children. We use lots of TLC when working with the fearful and special needs. References Available.

    Yoga/Pilates Lessons

    Burd Basic Fitness runs a Sunday morning Mixed Level Yoga Class. Modifications are given for people who are Prenatal Postnatal and have health issues.

    Personal Training

    Visit our Fitness studio and get all of your strength, balance, flexibility and exercise training needs satisfied. If you can't make the trip to our studio have us visit you and get the help you need right in your own home.
