Shirley teaches Vinyasa style yoga, where we flow from one pose or asana to the next while connecting with our breath. Linking the breath to our movement renews, invigorates and heals the body.
She invites you to fully experience the joy of movement, stretching and strengthening the muscles and spine and directing the blood and oxygen to the internal organs. Emphasis is placed on awareness and alignment. In our Multi level yoga class all fitness levels are welcome from beginner to advanced students.
